I have made use of RSS to SMS recipe to receive SMS every time some one comments on my site. I have made a plugin for WordPress specifically designed for the purpose. The plugin makes an RSS feed for pending comments. It is pretty useful.
It seems a little clunky to use. Can you do one to many automations or is just one to one piping? I found http://www.trigrz.com which seems to offer super easy drop drag interface for one to many. You reviewed it?
Some awesome recipes. Great collection. My favourite IFTTT recipe is one that auto searches a spotify playlist and then finds the song on last.fm and if its available for free adds it to your dropbox.
