Top Features of Apple Smartphones

Tanmay Apple Leave a Comment

Both Apple and Android are dominating the smartphone market. While Android has thrown the challenge with its range of Galaxy devices, Sony and HTC are also supporting it to win the battle in the market. The only area where Apple is struggling to fight back is its price. The devices with Android are more cheaper than the Apple devices. However, the price can not be any replacement of the quality and Apple has pretty much points to sell their phones over the cheap Android smartphones.
Here, we have discussed top features of Apple Smartphones for which the Apple has the edge on Android.

5. Apple smartphones are easy to use

The layout of Apple smartphones is very simple and everything is organized there neat and cleanly. Exploring a new kit first time always can take some time but in case of iPhone, even a confused user can start using it as an expert. Everything is given with a symbol and name, such as Camera or Settings.

If you compare it with the confusing layout and widgets of Android phones – which vary from one phone to next, as the firms inject their own software tweaks and bloatware. Definitely, Apple dominates other smartphone companies in this area.

4. Plenty of Apps are available – the all you could ever need

Almost every app firm launches their app on iOS before releasing for Android. For example, Instagram, Vine etc. launched their app first for Apple smartphones. The reason behind this approach from the developers is that the iOS is considered as the best platform to test an app.

3. Easy to integrate with other apple devices

If you are already using a MacBook or iPad, iPhone would be the best smartphone choice for you – thanks for the iCloud from Apple.

A mac user can easily synchronize contents between their laptop and the iPhone without having to manually do so. In case of Android or Windows phone, you need to download and install some annoying app suite such as Kies Airs for Samsung.
Not only the Mac but also the Windows user will be able see the benefits of using iPhone, as iCloud also supports Microsoft’s operating systems.
The iPad users could get most benefit from using iPhone. The automatic app download feature sets the installed apps on their tablets to be downloaded onto their iPhone automatically.
Least but not last that iCloud is very easy to setup – just enter the Apple ID and you are done!

2. Smooth upgradation of the Operating System

If you look at the statistic, you can see that Android is hugely fragmented. According to a research on more than 12,000 different devices running on Android, only 2.5 percent devices are using Android KitKat which is considered as the best version of the Android platform while 19 percent devices are still using 2.3 Gingerbread.
In case of Apple, it is completely different and positive. Apple is successfully getting majority of their users onto a single variant of its platform. The latest iOS 7 is the proof of that. About 83 percent of Apple devices are now using iOS 7 since it got released about a year ago.

1. Strong Security

Apple has the complete control over the applications which run on its platform. This approach from Apple helped it a lot to maintain the reputation in the security for its ecosystem. This makes it more difficult to the hackers to hack any user by sneaking Trojans or malicious applications into iTunes.
