How to Manage Multiple Online Services From A Single Dashboard

hammad Internet Leave a Comment

Nowadays, people are switching from portable storage devices to cloud storage services as they do not have to carry them around when they travel or go anywhere. A normal internet user has accounts on multiple cloud storage services but the problem arises when you have to manage those services. For instance, if you have an account on Dropbox (download Dropbox)  as well as Instagram and Google, managing them can be a time-consuming task as you have to open all these services in separate tabs.
Today, we will share with a very handy online utility, CloudKafe that allows users to manage multiple online services from a single dashboard. With CloudKafe, you can sign in with multiple services including Dropbox, Box, Instagram, Flickr, Google, Yahoo and manage them from a single dashboard. You can even add your Evernote account as well and manage it from CloudKafe.

Using CloudKafe

First of all, you must create an account on CloudKafe which is free of cost. All you have to do is enter your desired username and email address.

After registration, it will redirect you to CloudKafe dashboard from where you can add multiple cloud storage services. CloudKafe categorizes all the services including Documents, Pictures, Music (Coming Soon), Contacts, Videos and Notes.

Clicking on any category will show you all the supported services for that category. Just click on the “+” icon and select the service that you want to add, and click Next.

It will then ask you to login and authorize CloudKafe to access that service. It will automatically redirect you to your CloudKafe dashboard after you authorize the app.

After authorization, the newly added service will appear in the sidebar and will show you all the uploaded files and folders in a simple and user-friendly interface.

The best thing about the service is that you can view all the uploaded files right inside CloudKafe whether it’s a document or image or simply a video.

You also have an option to either move the files to any other folder or share them with anyone you want via Email.

One really useful feature in CloudKafe is the ability to manage your Yahoo and Google Contacts. After authorizing Google and Yahoo accounts, it will show you all your contacts in one place.

If you want, you can even upload files from your computer to any connected service as well. Just click on the Wheel icon and select Upload. It will then ask you to browse the file you want to upload. Just make sure that you have selected the right service where you want to upload your file. For example, if I want to upload the file to my Dropbox account, I will select Dropbox from the sidebar and then upload the file.

The service also has a search feature as well. Just type the file you want to search for and it will display all the files from different services.

Conclusion

In my opinion, CloudKafe is a very handy online service that allows users to manage multiple websites from a single dashboard. If you are a regular user of different cloud services, I would definitely suggest you to give CloudKafe a try.
