HTC has confirmed the arrival of One E9+ in India today. However they haven’t announced the price tag of the phone which would be released by the end of May but the exact dates are yet be to known. The company had very recently announced the arrival of One M9+. The E9+ is said to be a cheaper version of the M9+.
In China, the One E9+ was launched in March 2015. The phone has a 5.5-inch 2K display and a pixel density of 534ppi. It packs a 2GHz MediaTek MT6795M Oct-core processor which has 64-bit capability. The One E9+ comes with 3GB RAM.

The device has very impressive photography features. The rear camera is of 20 megapixels with a supplementary Ultra Pixel snapper. This phone tablet cross, popularly known as Phablet comes with a 2800 mAh battery. It has 16 GB internal memory alongside a micro SD card slot which supports upto 128 GB. The front facing speakers are BoomSound. The connectivity options include dual SIM card slots, LTE support, Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth. The device sports the latest Android Lollipop. The sensors on this phone includes accelerometer, proximity, gyro barometer and compass. The phone has a dimension of 156.5 x 76.5 x 7.5 mm and weighs around 150g. the phone uses Corning Gorilla glass 4.
With the release of this phone HTC has initiated their HTC Advantage program. The program includes coverage of one year insurance. It also promises free pickup and availability of shopping discount coupons.
The phone is expected to make its debut in 3 colors: Gold Sopia, Meteor grey and classic Rose Gold. The M9+ has used all metal for its body, while the E9+ is a combination of plastic and metal. Metal is used only along the sides and plastic is used for the back panel.
HTC targets the high end segment with the release of these two phones. In the budget segment they have announced the launch of Desire 326G. the Desire 326G also is expected to come out in the later half of May, it wouldn’t be a surprise if HTC unveils both the E9+ and Desire 326G together.
