On your phone, you need to reach out to the Bluetooth settings and select “MSFT Band” in the list of devices to pair. Please accept the pairing requests by matching the pin codes on your band as well as smartphone. This will result in successful pairing. At last, go back to the Health App on your phone in order to complete this setup process. Now, you are good to go with your Microsoft Band by simply pressing the “action” button on the right hand side of the band.
