Tanmay Internet Leave a Comment

One thing I really like about Dropbox is that there are so many third-party applications and tools which improves the overall user experience when we are using the Dropbox cloud storage service. With so many services lined up which enhances the user experience, here’s one more which not only upgrade your Dropbox account to another 3 GB(in increments) but also provides you the ease with which users can upload photos to Dropbox quite easily. So here’s how you can claim the 3GB of free storage space along with the ease to upload photos to Dropbox automatically. Please proceed.

How To Upload Photos To Dropbox From Your Camera?

  • First of all, get rid of the previous Dropbox version and be an early beta user. Download the beta Dropbox Application for Windows. Install the application. Log in to your existing account or create a new one.import picture and videos to dropbox
  • Now simply, connect your digital camera or your mobile phone, even some flash drive carrying some photographs will do. Once they are plugged in, choose Import Pictures and videos using Dropbox from the Auto-Play menu, if the Auto-Play menu is enabled on Windows 7. Have a look at the image.

  • Now just a single click over the Import Pictures and videos using Dropbox and all your photographs will be transferred to your Dropbox account. All those photos and videos are stored in the folder named Camera Upload.
  • Voila, it’s done.
  • And to remind you, if you are an Android user, you can download and install the latest version of Dropbox Android app from the Android Market to enjoy this new service only for beta testers/users. Download the Dropbox Android App from the Android Market.

Now, Where’s My Free Storage Space?

  • Let me remind you, free space is only available for those who are using Camera Upload feature.

For Camera Upload Feature To Work

  • Make sure the Auto-Play notification is enabled on your computer system, so that you are prompted every time a gadget carrying photos or videos is plugged.dropbox preferences
