There is no such option in Facebook to change the background image of the login page. But if you are using the Google Chrome as browser then a simple extension can tweak the login page and lets you to add the image of your own choice.
All you have to do first is install a chrome extension at your browser (Google Chrome).
Once it successfully installed, visit the Facebook.com login page and you can view the changes yourself – the default view of the login page has been changed.
By default, the extension itself adds an image to that page. But you can change it any time by clicking the gear icon.
Clicking on the gear icon serves the option where you can add and save your image. But, make sure that the image is hosted on a web dedicated server and not at your local hard drive.
The back draw of this extension is that it does not allow to upload images from the local computer. However, you can select the image source from many image hosting sites. The only thing that you should follow that the image you are using here is not copyrighted or you have the permission to use it.
Clicking the Save button will save the image for your Facebook login page.
