Convert PowerPoint Presentation into Flash Video to Share at Internet

PowerPoint is well enough to make your presentations – be it for classroom or business purpose slideshow. If you want to share the presentation on the web, the PowerPoint do not metamorphose smoothly to the web version. Definitely you can save your presentation for web publishing, but this should be not your best choice as things become messy and unprofessional.

Before you start the installation, be sure that the PowerPoint application is closed. Once you installed that addon, a new tab called as iSpring Free will appear at the very left side of your screen.

Various options are there for creating the flash movie. After getting ready with your slides, you can generate the flash video by clicking on the Publish button. Before saving the presentation as flash, you can decide to rename the original tile of the presentation, choose how many slides to be included in the video and finally you can preview the presentation in he iSpring simulator.

The Quick Publish button lets you to create the flash video of the presentation in a few minutes. Clicking on the Quick Publish button starts to compile the slides and creates a folder with the same name of your presentation file. This can be handy if you are in hurry and want to get your presentation ready in a moment.
Nevertheless the method of publishing – clicking on Publish or Quick Publish button, all the animations and transitions are conserved in the flash video. Additionally, you can embed other flash videos or YouTube videos in a presentation.

iSpring comes with two versions – the free version and the pro edition, costing $229. Where the free edition is enough for the general PowerPoint user, the pro versions gives you more advanced options like adding narration or naming the presenter etc. The free license can be consumed for the education purpose.
